Description

Sous Vide pot for cooking food in its own juices and without losing nutrients. This pot allows cooking with electronic temperature control and a constant temperature with a maximum deviation of 0.5 °C. It enables healthy cooking without unnecessary fat and preservation of nutrients in the finished dish compared to traditional cooking. The dish also retains its aroma. In addition to classic dishes you can also prepare yogurt. Information is displayed on the blue backlit LCD display. The temperature can be set in the range 45-90 °C. Cooking time up to 72 hours. The volume of the container, the surface of which is non-stick, is 8.5 l. There is a large window in the lid for observing the food being prepared. The package includes pliers and a stand. The outside of the pot is made of stainless steel. The power supply is 230 V, 50 Hz and the power 520 W.

Nevěřil jsem ale ano, jsme spokojení... Vážení, pořídil jsem i měření spotřeby proudu skrze zásuvku za cca: 400Kč. Překvápko, výroba devíti sklenic jogurtu 2,5dcl podle návodu, matroš, proud vyšla sklenička 7/8kč. V krámě 1.2 dcl/ 130g dvojnásobek. Nastavíte 45 stupňů, tj. minimum, na deset hodin a jdete spinkat. Ráno je hotovo a spotřeba el. asi 5Kč (0.32Kw) Rybičky a maso vyšší teplota a kratší čas. Do půl Kw ale je třeba to dopéct nebo osmahnout na pánvi. Ostatně receptů na SV je milion. Koukněte kdo máte zájem i na můj FB, tam sdílím všechny informace než jsem se rozhodl toto zlatíčko do kuch. pořídit. Spotřebu el. a čas mám vyfocené, pro nevěřící... Dobrou chuťťť všem. B.
