The automatic and high-performance foil sealer made of stainless steel is ideal for portioning food without adding preservatives. Thanks to the creation of a vacuum, food stays fresh up to 5x longer. At the same time, foil protects food from frost damage. The welder can also be used for marinated and seasoned foods. This foil sealer is great also for Sous Vide cooking, when food is cooked in its own juice without drying out and does not lose the necessary nutrients during preparation. The suction power of the welding machine is 12 l/min. Creates approximately 90% vacuum -0.8 bar. The foil can be a maximum of 30 cm wide and as long as needed. The package includes professional plastic bags, where 10 pieces measure 22x30 cm and 8 pieces measure 28x40 cm. 6 lights are used to check operation. There is a space at the bottom for placing the power cable, which is convenient for easier storage or transport. The power supply is 220-240 V, 50 Hz and the power 120 W.
