Description
The VK 1146 model is a fully automatic and highly powerful foil sealer suitable also for the preparation of Sous Vide dishes. It is ideal for dividing larger portions of food into smaller portions and then storing them. Thanks to vacuum packaging, food lasts up to 8 times longer, including preservation of vitamins and nutrients. At the same time, it saves space. It can also be used for packaging marinated and spiced foods, as vacuum packaging creates a more intense aroma. The welder creates highly resistant vacuum and the storage of food is thus safe, as there is no risk of their unwanted opening. It is controlled using a touch control panel, on which, among other things, the required vacuum can be set. The advantage is the removable drip tray for residual moisture. The suction power is 12 liters per minute and creates up to 90% vacuum with - 0.8 bar. The package includes 18 professional bags with a ribbed structure for greater efficiency. 10 bags measure 22 x 30 cm, 8 bags measure 28 x 40 cm. These bags can be purchased additionally and are also suitable for use in the microwave oven. 4 indicator lights inform about the operation. The power supply is 220-240 V, 50 Hz and power 120 W.
