Description
Professional fryer with 2 smaller baskets and 1 large basket for different types of food. The main material for production was stainless steel, from which the shell, lid, heating element and oil container are made of. The advantage is that the heating element is immersed directly in the oil. The heating is thus very fast and odorless. The capacity of the oil container is 5 liters and can be removed for more convenient cleaning. The frying temperature can be set in the range from 130 to 190 °C. The timer can be set for up to 30 minutes. The fryer is equipped with an odour and vapor filter, as well as protection against overheating. The power supply is 230 V, 50/60 Hz and power 3,000 W.
