The powerful KM 1197 food processor from the ProfiCook brand is equipped with a long-life professional motor and a power of 1,200 W. In addition to the high-quality and powerful engine, it is equipped with a special robust gearbox. The Massive body of the food processor is made of cast aluminum and together with the suction cups contribute to high stability. Thus, the robot will not move on the worktop while working. The advantage over commonly available robots is electronic speed control depending on the load. This means that at low and high load the number of revolutions is constant. However, their speed can be regulated (0/1/2/3/4/5/6 + pulse speed). Speeds are set on the illuminated rotary knob. The arm is rotatable with a release mechanism.
A useful feature is the slow start, which finds its use when mixing. This alone will prevent unwanted splashing of ingredients outside the mixing bowl. If this still happens, a transparent protective cover equipped with an opening for adding ingredients to the bowl will prevent it. The mixing bowl has a volume of 5 liters, which is sufficient for approximately 2.5-3 kg of dough.
In addition to the food processor, the package includes the following accessories:
- Cast aluminum hook for heavy doughs (yeast or bread dough)
- Cast aluminum hook for light doughs
- Stainless steel whisk for beating eggs, whipped cream, etc.
However, safety elements must not be missing among the equipment. One of them is, for example, a safety button that is activated by lifting the arm. This is to prevent the operation of the food processor in the event that, for example, you want to change accessories.
The food processor is designed so that its operation, maintenance and cleaning are as simple as possible. The power supply is 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz and the power is 1200 W.
