Fully automatic stainless steel foil vacuum sealer also suitable for Sous Vide cooking. Vacuum cooking (Sous Vide) allows food to be prepared at lower temperatures and without losing nutrients during preparation. The foil sealer is ideal for dividing a large amount of food into smaller portions. The result is space saving and preservative-free safe storage. Vacuum-packed food stays fresh up to 5x longer, while preserving vitamins and nutrients. It is also suitable for spiced and marinated foods, as the vacuum guarantees the preservation of the aroma.
This sealer creates an extra strong weld on the foil to prevent unwanted opening of the bag during storage. It is very easy to use, because in one step the welder creates a weld and at the same time divides the foil. The power of the vacuum pump can be regulated. Its maximum suction power is 12 liters per minute, which can create a 90% vacuum and -0.8 bar. The welding machine is adjusted using an electronic touch panel. 4 indicator lights inform about the operation. The advantage is a container for collecting excess liquids and moisture, this makes work and subsequent cleaning easier. This welder can be used either with original bags (recommended) or with commonly available bags for foil welders with a width of max. 30 cm. In addition, you will find 10 professional bags in the package, 5 pieces measuring 22 x 30 cm, 5 pieces measuring 28 x 40 cm and 1 roll measuring 20 x 200 cm. These bags can be also used for cooking in the microwave oven. There is a space on the welder to place the power cable for easier transport or storage. High stability during operation is guaranteed. The power supply is 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz and output 110 W.
