Description
Professional double fryer with two small frying baskets and one large basket for different types of food. For fast heating and the absence of smoke, the heating element is immersed directly in oil. The body of the device, its lid and the heating element are made of stainless steel. The lid is equipped with a window for easy inspection of the prepared food. The capacity of the oil container is 4 liters. 2 lights inform about the operation, one of them informs about the power supply, the other about reaching the set temperature. This is set using a continuously adjustable thermostat up to 190 °C. The power supply is 230 V, 50 Hz and power 2,000 W.
