Description
Sous Vide cooker for precise cooking of food with electronic temperature adjustment, the maximum deviation is +/- 0.5 °C. Food retains the necessary nutrients, vitamins and flavors that are lost in traditional cooking. This cooker is suitable to combine with other kitchen appliances for sous vide cooking, such as foil welders for sous vide cooking. The advantage is the yoghurt maker function and the temperature maintenance function.
< p>The cooker is made of stainless steel with an ergonomic handle for a better grip. Settings are made via the touch control panel, which is located at the top of the device. The information is then displayed on the multifunctional LED display (selected temperature, current temperature, timer). The cooking temperature is constant thanks to the circulation pump, which can circulate 7-8 liters of water per minute. The temperature can be set in the range from 25 to 100 °C in 0.1 °C steps. If the cooker detects that there is insufficient water level in the container, its operation is automatically interrupted. The timer can be set up to 99 hours. The use is suitable for all heat-resistant containers with a height of at least 18 cm. The package includes a mounting clip for placement on these containers. The SV 1126 cooker is designed for easy operation and cleaning. The power supply is 230 V, 50 Hz and output 800 W.
